What Tori is

Tori is a rewards platform operated by Octo Fintech Holdings LLC. Businesses fund AI credits and send them to people they want to thank, reward, or engage. Recipients use credits for AI — in Tori’s chat or through spend-capped AI keys.

What credits are (and aren’t)

AI credits are promotional program rewards. They are not money, deposits, cryptocurrency, or transferable provider credits; they have no cash value and can’t be sold or exchanged for cash. Credits fund AI usage through the program while it operates.

The alpha part

This is an early test program. Features may change, pause, or end; balances may be adjusted to fix errors; we may cap usage to keep the program healthy. We’ll always try to tell you before anything changes that affects you.

Fair use

Use your credits for real AI work. Don’t resell keys, automate mass claims, or use the program for anything unlawful. We can pause accounts that abuse the program.

Your data

See our Privacy Policy. Short version: we use your data to run the program, and we don’t sell it.
